Prior to the CLEA Conference, this workshop will be facilitated by Lindi Coetzee from the Nelson Mandela Metroplitan University in Port Elizabeth and Lloyd Lotz from UKZN to demonstrate how they teach their student to go out into the community and educate community members in one area of law.

A Conference on Access to Justice and Clinical Legal Education will be held in honour of CLEA President Professor David Mac Quoid-Mason in Durban on 10 and 11 December 2012 which will incorporate the Southern African Commonwealth Lecture.

The Workshop will cover a variety of topics such as the 4th EU Directive on money laundering, Virtual Currencies, Cybercrime, Commercial Dispute Resolution, Corporate Social Responsibility and a look at banking of the future in the Commonwealth and provide an opportunity to exchange information with professional from across the globe.
